Filipe Gonçalves joins Hamilton Heights as the Head coach of the Lady Hawks Girls Basketball Team for the 2022-2023 Season.

Hometown: Franca, Sao Paulo, Brazil

Graduated from Hamilton Heights in 2012 after helping lead the hawks to a NACA National Champion Victory.

Attended Truett McConnell University in Cleveland Georgia.

• Runner Up | 2017-2018 AAC Conference Championships
• Graduated with a B.S. in Psychology  

Played professionally for Liga Sorocabana de Basquete of the NBB in Sorocaba, Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Filipe currently serves as a Bilingual Social Counselor at the Hamilton County Health Department.

Lives in Hixson, TN with his wife, Abby, who is expecting their first child in May of 2022 and their Great Dane, Kobe.
